Lois Rogers moved to the Coastal Bend in 1998 after spending 20 years in Austin, Texas raising her family. Lois worked as a legal assistant for ten years prior to attending Baylor Law School and developed a wealth of knowledge about the day to day operations of running a successful law firm.
She graduated from Concordia Lutheran University in 1996 prior to going on to law school. As an older student, the curriculum at Baylor Law gave Lois the skills needed to represent clients well.
The Law Offices of Lois Rogers, P.C. first opened in January 1999 and is currently at the same location in Aransas Pass, Texas where it originated.
The firm accepts clients from three counties, San Patricio, Aransas and Nueces and has on occasion represented clients in Bee County, Texas.
The firm is committed to solving clients problems rather than complicating lives by unnecessary litigation. Few legal issues cannot be resolved with a cooperative client producing a favorable outcome that is fair and equitable to all parties.
The firm is committed to helping clients pattern a final resolution that solves the issues, saves money and avoids the expensive, often unsatisfactory, trial experience.
In addition, Lois participates in pro bono services for the poor through the Coastal Legal Aid Association and acts a court appointed ad litem attorney for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission as well as handing Guardianship proceedings as appointed.
Lois Rogers is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission since 1980.
